ThoughtShift has won the Best Use of Digital Marketing category in the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Marketing Excellence Awards 2017. The award is for the digital marketing agency’s work with leading photographic equipment retailer Calumet Photographic.
ThoughtShift beat fierce competition to win the award with a digital marketing campaign based on an innovative digital marketing strategy which integrated organic search, paid advertising, social media advertising and email marketing to engage Calumet’s audience segments, across multiple channels at every stage of the customer buying journey.
Zane Davis, Web Channel Manager at Calumet Photographic says:
“We’re thrilled that our digital marketing campaign with ThoughtShift won the CIM Marketing Excellence Award for the Best Use of Digital Marketing 2017. We wanted to increase our return on investment and the campaign totally smashed the target. ”
Managing Director and Co-Founder of ThoughtShift, AJ Coutts, says,
“Our digital marketing campaign with Calumet produced triple digit growth in ROI, revenue and reach. Our client is happy, we’re happy, this is what ThoughtShift is all about. Winning the CIM award for Best Use of Digital Marketing is a very big cherry on the cake.”
Now in their eighth year, The CIM Marketing Excellence Awards identify and celebrate outstanding marketing by organisations, individuals and teams. The award, ThoughtShift’s second CIM Marketing Excellence Award, was presented by comedian Jimmy Carr at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on April 27th 2017.
