ThoughtShift has been named as a leading digital agency for client satisfaction in the The Drum Digital Census 2015. Conducted in partnership with the Recommended Agencies Register, ThoughtShift ranks at number 7 for client satisfaction out of over 70 digital agencies across the UK.
The yearly report looks at the UK’s digital sector splitting agencies by size of company and ranks them against companies of equivalent size based on the number of employees. The categories on which the agencies are judged include client satisfaction and financial performance (based on turnover and fee income). The client satisfaction ratings are gathered using the RAR system of client feedback.
ThoughtShift was judged in the 1-25 staff bracket, ranking number 7 for client satisfaction and 54 for financial performance. Managing Director at ThoughtShift, Helen Trendell commented:
