ThoughtShift has recently joined the Recommended Agency Register, joining a database of 900 other agencies across various marketing disciplines and 6,000 other agencies globally.
Some 5,200 clients use the Recommended Agency Register’s database in order to find and compare the best agency to suit their needs. Also available for clients are agency reports to download which give access to rate cards and financials.
The Recommended Agency Register could be considered a kind of B2B check-a-trade, as it is primarily focused on putting customer satisfaction at the centre of the agency rating process.
Registered agencies have a profile, case studies and most importantly – client ratings. In order to be included on RAR your agency must have a minimum of 3 client ratings with positive feedback. If the ratings are not positive enough to pass a certain threshold then that agency would not be included in RAR’s database. Client feedback is rated based on a number of factors such as value for money, creativity and effectiveness. With ThoughtShift aiming to deliver a 5 star service to all of our clients joining the RAR database was a perfect match for us.
