Digital marketing agency, ThoughtShift has appointed a new Head of Digital, Alexandra Coutts. With over 6 years digital marketing experience working both in-house and agency side, Alexandra previously led the content team at ThoughtShift before being promoted to Head of Digital.
Alexandra has worked on multi-channel campaigns creating integrated strategies across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display and Content channels. Having worked with brands such as Oliver Bonas, TUI, Real Gap and Sunsail, Alexandra is an expert in complex integrated digital campaigns that increase eCommerce revenue and lead generation, with extensive experience in the travel, finance, fashion, education, software and B2B and B2C service industries.
As Head of Digital, Alexandra’s role encompasses supporting all team members in digital marketing campaign delivery, training and development of the organic digital marketing team, creation of processes and quality control across all work delivered to ThoughtShift clients. In addition to this, Alexandra also account directs key clients and leads the research and development side of the business.
